I have been collecting for years; collecting fabric, threads, vintage patterns, crafts, rubber stamps, resource books, beautiful lace and trims and attempting to save abandoned sewing machines. It's time to share the bounty with other fabric enthusiasts. If I live to be 100, I could not use all that I have acquired. So on Saturday, the studio will be filled with many of my treasures for you to see, touch and decide if YOU can create something wonderful from any of the items in my collection.

Chunky knit blankets are all the rage lately and you'll be surprised how easy they are to make! The hand knitting technique is a life long skill that is therapeutic, meditative and fun.
Absolutely no prior knitting experience required. Ticket price includes all materials to knit a standard throw sized blanket and the two hour hand knitting experience.
Bags will not be provided. If you don't wish to carry your project, please bring a large tote to carry your blanket and any working yarn home in.

Whether you’re a stationery nerd, DIY Bride-to-be, or just a crafty individual, in this workshop, we will be taking a deeper dive into the basics of calligraphy we teach in our beginner classes if you’ve taken a class of ours before this is the perfect “next steps” kind of class!
*It is strongly suggested that you take a beginner modern calligraphy class before participating in this workshop. You will need a basic understanding of writing with a pen and nib to take this class. As long as you have taken our beginner class, you are good to go!*
